Delivery:

We use Australia Post Postal Services & Express Post Couriers to provide economic door-to-door delivery services to locations right across Australia. Shipping: Normal shipping takes approximately 7 – 14 working days. All orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours except weekends and public holidays or special holiday shutdown periods (eg. Christmas & New Year, etc), pending credit card authorisation.
 

Refund or Exchange: 

We stand by our product quality and pricing, however, you may choose to return any product ordered (must be un-opened/un-damaged goods in the original packaging) within 14 days, at your expense. We undertake to respond to all general inquiries within 14 days.
